FAQ
Contract furniture is any type of furniture that is used for commercial purposes. That could be a chair, sofa, or anything in between. Hotels, offices, airports, corporations and more are some of the top purchasers of contract furniture.
Contract grade furniture often looks pretty similar to furniture that you buy for a home. It’s stylish, made with quality materials, and optimized for comfort and use. It does differ in a few key areas though.
The major difference between commercial and restaurant furniture is that commercial furniture is designed with heavy use in mind. A chair that is going to be sat on for a few minutes a has different design qualifications than a chair that is going to be sat on for hours at a time at a desk. To meet these demands, contract grade furniture is built with increased durability so it can withstand regular and frequent usage.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, the manufacturers begin obtaining the parts needed to build the item. Our vendors are "just in time" manufacturers, and do not stock the parts, but rather buy from their suppliers as they receive orders. We are passing on the same restrictions we have regarding cancellations.
